Complaints about finance and financial services:

MakesCents.com.au provides your details and enquiry to licensed Mortgage Brokers who independently provide the mortgage broking services according to your enquiry. Should you have a complaint regarding the mortgage broking service, you should first contact the mortgage broker in writing with your complaint. Their dispute resolution page and contact details should be found on their website.

If you are unsure whom your broker is and would like assistance with your complaint you can always contact us via email for information on the broker with whom we passed your enquiry to.
